In the short time coming to the North Pointe fitness center I was able to get to know Roger and Dee. We always had great discussions and I learned a lot from our talks while he worked diligently on his physical therapy. I'm very saddened that I was unable to see him on my return from maternity leave. Rest well, Roger. My sincere condolences to Dee and the rest of the family. Stephany Wilk (YMCA staff member)

To Jane, Linda and Amy,

I was very saddened to hear about your Father's passing. I have very fond memories of watching football with Uncle Roger and Grandpa during the holidays as a youngster. Uncle Roger was someone the Baker's always looked up to and respected. My condolences to the entire Seymour family. I was one of his students at KCC and will always remember Mr. Seymour as an excellent instructor which took his time to make sure I fully understood the content at hand. Sorry for your loss and God Bless.

My condolences to Dee and to all of Roger's family. Roger was a colleague and we worked together at Kellogg Community College. I enjoyed seeing Roger again at our History Roundtable at North Pointe Woods where we shared many memories of Battle Creek and KCC. I always liked Roger's dry sense of humor in the workplace. He was a valuable member to our College and to the wider community with his willingness to serve his students and on many boards including the Art Center.

So sorry to hear about Roger. I always loved his wonderful humor. He was a great board member and board chair at the Art Center. The best wishes of the Art Center of Battle Creek board, members and staff go out to the family. Our thoughts are with you.

Roger was my neighbor and friend in Battle Creek from 1965-1972. We both were fathers of 3 young girls so we had much to talk about. His local knowledge was invaluable to me as I started to work for the Post Division of General Foods. I will remember him fondly as a loving father and a helpful neighbor. My condolences to his wife and family.
