It was such a joy to spend the last year getting to know Julie. She most certainly put a smile on my face every week during our visits. Though Julie's memory was short it always amazed me that she knew that I was that nurse who would come and see her every week to share a smile, a laugh and a weekly fashion compliment. I truly felt honored to be one of the lucky ones to not only care for her but also to smile and laugh with her. Julie, Meadowlark misses your beautiful laugh.

I first met Julie when she joined our senior downhill ski club at Cannonsburg in the late 1980s. Oh, Julie you will be remembered and missed.
I first met you at the Grand Valley Daylily Society's meetings years ago where you were an active member and pampered all of us for years when you took charge of the refreshments. I still have and love a daylily you gave me when I visited your garden and always think of you when I see it.
Keep smiling,
Nancy Sniff

Will truly miss one of the most wonderful women ever placed on this earth. From her Sunday pot roasts, her beautiful day lilies, and most of all her infectious smile she could always brighten your day. You may not have made it on the shucker's 100 year old list but I'll always remember you when I put jam on my toast.
