Memories & Candles
Steve, Momma Avis had a kind heart and a gentle soul. She would put Martha Stewart to shame with her cooking skills and keen eye for decorating. I love her and I will truly miss her.

Grandpa Steve and Fam{ILY} I have to say that Grandma is and will be missed dearly. She was always caring and made sure there was always something for us grandkids to do whenever we went to the house for family occasions. There was never a dull moment and ALWAYS enough food to feed ALL the military (as she had 2 kitchens in 2 of the past houses they lived in). My BEST memory would have to be Christmas 2010 when

Dear Lisa and Mike, Andrew informed me that Avis Lee has died. I am so sorry to hear that you have lost your mother, Lisa, and your sister, Mike. Avis Lee was always so much fun to be with and a very upbeat and happy person. She was a wonderful sister in law to me for many years. I feel she was taken way too early. Andrew told me that her husband was a wonderful man and that Avis Lee has had a very happy marriage and life with him. My deepest sympathy and condolences are with you. Carrie Anna

Steve and the Wilson Families, I am sory to hear of your loss. Remember your family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, but as we leave this earth one by one, the chain will link again.

I only knew you briefly, but loved you immediately! I will always have wonderful memories of your visits to Texas, and getting to know you through your amazing daughter, Lisa. I know you are resting peacefully with our Lord, and I will rejoice knowing that you are watching over us. All my love you to!
