Ms. Witmer was born on March 4, 1943 and passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017.

Ms. Witmer was a resident of Muskegon, Michigan at the time of passing.

She graduated from Muskegon High School in 1960.

MEMORIAL SERVICE Tuesday March 21 2017 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rev. Timothy D. Vander Haar officiating. MEMORIAL: Community enCompass.
