Ruth Welke, a remarkable lady left us on Thursday September 29, 2011 to be with the Lord, her husband George, family and friends who preceded her in death. Ruth is survived by her daughter Dori (Rob) Friedrich, her cherished granddaughters Heidi (Jason) Fleming and Robyn (Dave) Nguyen and great grandchildren, Landon Nguyen and Adelide Fleming and soon another great grandchild that she'll love from above. Thank you to all that visited her and kept in touch, Maxine Steffes, Helen Kaminski, Evelyn Brink, Jerry Makoski and so many others. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10:30 am at St. Ann's Home Chapel 2161 Leonard St NW where she will repose one hour prior the Mass. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider memorial contributions to her lifelong parish, St. Isidore Church or Christian Rest Home. Mom will forever be kept close in our hearts and we cherish our memories of her beautiful smile, her kindness, her strong faith and love for us.
