Robert "Bob" Todd Wilson, 57, of Bellevue, died July 9, 2012 at home. He was born March 27, 1955, the son of Floyd and Margaret (Ingle) Wilson in Bryan, Ohio. Bob graduated from Benzie Central High School and received an Associate Degree from Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City. He served in the US Army from 1974 until 1977. Bob worked as an engineer for many different companies and also taught at the RMTC for Kellogg Community College. He enjoyed working on race cars, hunting, fishing and coin collecting. Mostly, he loved his grandson. Bob is survived by his wife, Joan M. (Strandell) Wilson of Bellevue; daughter Angela (James) Wilbur and their son, Clayton of Bellevue; sister, Joan (Loyal) Frederick of Honor; brother, Robin (Sherry) Wilson of Honor and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8:00 pm. Thursday, July 12, 2012 at Shaw Funeral Home, Lehman Chapel, Bellevue. Services will take place 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 13, 2012 at the funeral home with Pastor Don Francis officiating. Interment with military honors at Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta at a later date. Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
